Our client is recruiting a Security Engineer to perform Installation and maintenance services around Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. They are looking for a service biased security engineer due to business growth.
Our client is looking for an individual who has previous experience of carrying out installations, maintenance and service of electronic security systems. The suitable candidate will also be performing both installation and servicing of CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control and would be covering both Domestic and commercial work settings.
Security Engineer Position Overview
- Field based Security Installation / Service Engineer required by our client to perform install/service/maintenance of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control.
Responding to call out
- Carrying out onsite preventative maintenance visits
- Corrective maintenance and fault finding
- Completing job sheets and paperwork
- Communicating with customers and office staff effectively
Security Engineer Position Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience of working with fire and security systems on a service basis.
- Full UK Driver’s license and happy with work within 30 miles of Kettering
- Experience of security systems i.e., Galaxy, Scantronic, Hikvision, Castle
- Fire Alarm systems experience desirable
- Security Screening
Security Engineer Position Remuneration
- Working hours: 8am- 5pm
- Holiday package: 20 days +8BH
- 1 in Call out 6 (£275 a week, called out 1-2 a week on average)
